How does it work?

  1. The back office or control centre can send the order of jobs to the field based worker.
  2. The employee views the jobs on the device and begins his/her tasks, with the assistance of satellite guided navigation.
  3. The control centre can view where the employee is via the vehicle tracking system.
  4. On arrival, the employee completes the task and can collect signature, photograph, draw a diagram or send a message and immediately send to the back office, with real time work management updates.
  5. The employee can then accept the next job in the schedule and provide the back office with updates throughout the course of their day until all work is complete.
